Is it true, that the rate of GST on packing and moving is 5%? Then why most of the companies charge 18%? Where should I complain on this?

That means every packers and movers companies are over charging? Which moving companies are GTA (Goods transport agency) applicable. can you please list out. As they were charging for moving goods as well.

If they are charging for services like packing, loading etc.. at 18% then it is fine. But for moving also they are charging 18% SGT
